This smoothie recipe is seriously energy packed, and filled with whole food organic nutrients which help to detox and heal the body. It’s persimmon season, so I’ve been stocking up at the farmer’s market and enjoying them to the fullest. My best mornings usually begin with yoga and a delicious smoothie!
What you will need:
5 organic Fuyo persimmons
5 organic medjool dates
2 organic bananas
1 cup organic cilantro
2 tsp Hawaiian spirulina powder
2-3 cups purified water
Both cilantro and Hawaiian spirulina help pull heavy metals from the body which is a very important part of detoxing the body. Begin with 1 tsp of spirulina if you are new to it.
