Last year I stepped into new territory searching for ways to eliminate as much one time use disposable plastic as possible from my life. This January I fell prey to take out during my recent move, and to the art of plastic packaged convenience, yet am now getting back on track and taking responsibility for my actions. The decisions that we make every day can truly make a great impact on the health and wellness of our planet.
Although going plastic free isn’t the easiest task by any means, it is still so important to raise the awareness and aid the process of reducing plastic consumption.
When we can’t reduce our plastic consumption we can always make a great effort to recycle.
