
Here is a super simple recipe for a raw and healthy dessert which contains the pure healing food goji berries. Goji berries are one of the highest sources of antioxidants which automatically make it a beauty superfood! They contain 18 amino acids, 21 trace minerals including zinc, calcium, germanium, selenium and phosphorus, omega 6 fatty acids, are extremely high in vitamin C and iron, strengthen the immune system, and so much more.
This dessert recipe contains only three ingredients, and is raw, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and oil-free. These Coconut Goji Dream Bites will probably make you a bit insatiable. At least this dessert is full of nutrients that your body and taste buds will both LOVE!
What you will need…
(These first three ingredients go in the food processor.)
1/2 cup of organic goji berries
1/2 cup of organic unsweetened shredded coconut
15 organic medjool dates
Roll your dream bites in 1/4-1/2 cup of more shredded coconut.
These came out so beautifully and are so freakin’ delicious! Somehow I doubt they will make it to tomorrow. I think I may have to hide a few from the hubby! This recipe makes about 28 Coconut Goji Dream Bites. Enjoy and let me know if you try this!

Thanks so much! It honestly doesn’t really feel like cooking since it is such a simple recipe. The only time consuming part is rolling the tiny dream bites then adding a layer of dried coconut. Well worth it in my opinion. Let me know if you try this out! <3
