As we get closer to the end of the year, I do my best to honor myself by taking some quality time off from Minimalist Beauty to enjoy the holiday season with my family and most importantly rest. I don’t believe busyness deserves the gold star more than happiness even if our society seems to praise it. Rest and play has proven to refuel my creativity and inspiration more than grinding myself into a rut.
Allowing happiness and peace of mind to be most important thing is just another aspect of conscious living in my eyes.
