6 Years Using Oils High in Linoleic Acid for Acne-Free Skin

IMG_2518.jpg

Learning about oils high in linoleic acid has been the biggest blessing.  I can hardly believe it’s been six years that I’ve used oils high in linoleic acid for my skin care routine exclusively.  With consistent and continuous use, I’ve watched my skin heal, soften, and clear up.  I no longer deal with consistent breakouts (or even breakouts at that time of the month) nor do I have scarring which take forever to heal.  Instead my skin looks healthy and is predictable.

I've stopped searching for the next best thing in skin care because I already found it.

With all of the skin care marketing of five step routines on the scene, I never thought that healing my skin could be so simple.  I use oils high in linoleic acid for my skin care, and eat a very healthy diet.  Now mind you, I don’t eat refined sugars or processed foods, and I mainly cook at home from scratch.  I also focus on gentle ways to detox the body.

Having a simple regimen consistenting of oils high in linoleic acid such as the Red Raspberry Skin Elixir has been the icing on the cake.

One of the biggest benefits of healing my skin with oils high in linoleic acid has been not needing to wear makeup.  This is something that I can go into much more detail later on.  My skin breaths daily, and doesn't need to be cleansed heavily in the evenings to remove makeup.

The combination of only using oils high in linoleic acid for my skin along with leaving makeup behind has been awesome!

It makes me wish I had known about the benefits of these oils years ago.  Back then my skin would have clear moments then the usual breakout that would put me back at square one.  My skin is now consistently clear and my pores much smaller.  Plus my skin care regimen has become almost obsolete.

I predominately wash my face with water, moisturize with the Red Raspberry Skin Elixir, then go about my day.

On occasion I may oil cleanse with whatever oil I have at the time that is high in linoleic acid, or use raw honey as a face wash.  My skin care journey with oils high in linoleic acid didn’t start like this, but as my skin healed I was able to do less and less. It began with oil cleansing day and night with these special oils.

Honestly without the perseverance of leaving traditional skin care, there would have been no victory.  My skin did experience a transition initially.  Over time the acid mantle of my skin healed from all of the harsh peels and treatments I had done in the past.

Who else has experienced the tremendous benefits of using oils high in linoleic acid exclusively?  I’d love to hear your thoughts.  You can learn more about the Red Raspberry Skin Elixir here, and read more about oils high in linoleic acid here.  They are a true gem for acne prone skin.

Much Love!
