I love fashion and beauty, yet am also a minimalist. I'm a professional dancer and model and have been a part of the entertainment industry for years. I've also worked in one of the largest beauty retailers as a consultant. Minimalist Beauty is a lifestyle of simplicity, freedom from clutter and the unnecessary, using organic and natural beauty products free of any chemical or toxic preservatives, and spending more time doing what you absolutely love most. Minimalist Beauty is my journey of thoughts, inspirations, and lessons creating a life of simplicity and therefore more artistic expression. I hope you enjoy!

Insatiably Satiable
Every day I get closer to not even being inclined to buy just to buy, just as I’m no longer craving sugar and desserts now that I have cut them out of my diet. When I began my minimalist journey two years ago, I remember thinking that a minimalist lifestyle was for those who wanted [...]

Necessary Laughter
One of my new year’s resolutions is not to take everything in life so seriously. I grew up in a hard working family, where the importance of education and success were instilled at a very young age. One of the positive attributes that I received from this upbringing was an intense motivation. The downfall of [...]
Gratitude
I wanted to start this week out just thinking about everything that I am grateful for. It’s not usually traditional for my family to share these things on Thanksgiving day. I do know that being in a state of gratitude usually keeps me in a positive mood no matter what day it is, or what [...]

Evening Dance Inspiration
Yesterday I was due for more dance inspiration after a long day and an amazing late night dance class. Regardless of how positive you stay, or how focused you are on your goals, it is sometimes necessary to see others doing what you love most in their own phenomenal light. I have a list of [...]
Quotes Along My Minimalist Journey
It has been almost two years that I’ve been decluttering, and earlier last week I had a breakdown of impatience and frustration. I couldn’t believe that this process was still going, and I was wondering why I hadn’t arrived to my full expectation of what I wanted my minimalist life to look like. It is [...]

Beauty in Movement
Last weekend I spent four days on the Agape Soul Sisters Woman’s Retreat “Return To Me.” This was my third year attending and was truly transformed by the experience! There is something very magical about a community of women from their teens to women in their 80′s coming together to share, laugh, pray, dance, eat, [...]

Free Up Space For Beauty & Abundance
I had a very stressful day on Wednesday and found myself watching Clean House that evening. I had to do some thing to keep myself from even thinking of retail therapy, so Clean House and working on Artistic Beauty, my Etsy store, was the perfect solution. Even after all this work I’ve been doing to [...]

Jacoby & Pronk–My Dance Inspiration
Remaining focused on what brings me the most joy in life can sometimes be a challenge. My personal happiness is unique, and no outside source could really know what is best for me. Creating art through dance and other medias brings me the most fulfillment as well as having a wonderful extraordinary life experience daily. True life experience has absolutely nothing [...]
