I love fashion and beauty, yet am also a minimalist. I'm a professional dancer and model and have been a part of the entertainment industry for years. I've also worked in one of the largest beauty retailers as a consultant. Minimalist Beauty is a lifestyle of simplicity, freedom from clutter and the unnecessary, using organic and natural beauty products free of any chemical or toxic preservatives, and spending more time doing what you absolutely love most. Minimalist Beauty is my journey of thoughts, inspirations, and lessons creating a life of simplicity and therefore more artistic expression. I hope you enjoy!

About
Minimalism is a new mindset and lifestyle that I have joyfully dived into. I am enjoying how simplifying my life is rewarding me on all levels. I am not so minimalist that I only own 100 things or live in an extremely tiny home with my husband, but I am continually creating more space in my life having and doing less.
One major way that I have simplified my life has been my beauty routine and how much I am spending on my appearance, wardrobe included. Women tend to be consumers and we are programmed by society to do so. By becoming a conscious consumer and only buying what I truly love adds to my life in a complete way. I’ve learned to have more control of my purchases, making less and less everyday, and being 100% happy with my decisions.
Since I have simplified my beauty routine, I have saved so much money on my cosmetics and hair care that I can hardly believe it. What I used to spend every month I now spend every three or four months. I’ve discovered simple organic products that work better for me than the expensive lines I was using before, and have whipped up a few amazing DIY beauty products in my kitchen. There are even organic and natural makeup lines that are just as amazing if not better than high end chemical laden cosmetics. I’ve learned to streamline my wardrobe and create amazing looks with less effort, less money overtime, while still maintaining the chic style I love. This new minimalist way of looking at beauty and fashion also made it possible for me to pay off $20,000 in debt in a year and a half!
Minimalist Beauty was born out of my desire to share what I’ve learned and my process as I continue to simplify and enjoy my life.
